Fighting a Fire

I often went to Baltimore, about a 45 minute drive from my home, to capture the flavor of this working-man city. This day, as I approached the area where I planned to shoot, I was assaulted by clouds of smoke. I happened upon firemen dousing a burning lumberyard in the final stages of what had been a 5-alarm fire.
